Ades was founded in 1987 as passive components distributor in North East Italy with a close collaboration of key suppliers like SGE-SYSCOM, ARCOTRONICS, STELVIO, COGEMA.
Then, Ades sales activity has expanded to the National territory through an Agency network and the collaboration with other regional distributors.

The 20% capital in DEM and its partnership, allows Ades to have direct access to the Laboratory and enjoy a strong technical support, which is a key entry for promotion in the home appliance and power electronics industries. That allows customizing coils and filters on specific requests. These parts are more expensive and specific than film capacitors, so they are a great pull to components sales. Other strategic issue for components sales, is the access to DEM captive market of millions pieces X and Y class caps.
Ades production Department offers the customisation of the offered products like power supplying wiring for home appliances or filters mounted on PCB for Welding machines: such solutions are very appreciated as it offers a “one stop” strategic offer to customers.
Ades policy has always been to keep high value component stock in warehouse, with high level investment in the warehouse that means 3 months stocks, with a rotation index which may not comply with the classic rotation of Distributors, but it allows Ades to offer a high level service of quick delivery, through an implementation of Rolling Forecasts, Kan-Ban and/or Consignment stocks based on customer forecasts.
